Estamos usando o tema Underscores como base para o nosso, mas os estilos padrão
dele causaram conflito com os estilos do Bootstrap, como por exemplo nos botões
de Submit.

Para evitar ter que se preocupar com três estilos distintos (Underscores,
Bootstrap e Pýli), e ter que desfazer estilos do Underscores para que não
afetem o Bootstrap, os estilos do Underscores foram desativados.

Eventualmente, se precisar trazer alguma funcionalidade do Underscores para
nosso tema, coloque as regras aqui. Uma cópia do CSS original dele está na
pasta css.
